Welcome,

I’m Sarah Kraft, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and owner of Mindfully Rooted Therapy PLLC. I offer a down-to-earth, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re dealing with stress, relationship challenges, or past experiences—and you don’t have to sort through it all alone.

I work with adults and couples, many of whom are neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) or navigating anxiety, big emotions, life transitions, or burnout. Clients often come to me wanting to feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves. In our work together, you’ll find warmth, humor, honesty, and a steady sense of hope as we move toward meaningful change.

As a therapist and a mom, I bring both professional insight and real-life perspective to my work. I’m deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and supporting people in healing from trauma. I believe each person holds an innate capacity to heal, grow, and move toward a life of joy and purpose. Grounded in my values as a social worker, I believe in the dignity and rights of all people. My background includes volunteering with youth experiencing homelessness, working with LGBTQIA+ communities, and advocating for disability rights—experiences that continue to shape my inclusive, compassionate approach.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you.

I use a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed approach that works with your brain and nervous system—not against them. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, Autism, parenting challenges, or relationship stress, we focus on understanding patterns, building practical skills, and creating strategies that feel sustainable in real life.

My work is grounded in curiosity, not judgment—helping you gain clarity, feel more confident, and create meaningful, lasting change.
